On the one hand, your data is collected when you communicate it to us. This may be data that you enter in a contact form, for example.

What do we use your data for?

Right to data transferability
You have the right to have data which we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. We herewith object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material. 3. Data collection on our website
Cookies
Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
We only use so-called "session cookies" from our website, i.e. cookies that are completely resolved after your visit and are not permanently stored. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit.

Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
These data are not combined with other data sources.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
4. The legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for data processing by us as data controller:
- The fulfilment of a contractual agreement/implementation of pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit b DSGVO by your visit to our website or your interest in our services.
- The fulfilment of a legal obligation, which we as the responsible person are subject to due to legal regulations (e.g. accounting obligations, funding statements), according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit c DSGVO
- The protection of the legitimate interest of us or a third party, namely the legitimate interest in optimising our range of services including customer/interested party support in accordance with Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit f DSGVO.
5. Retention periods
Your data will be stored for a period of 10 years after the end of the contractual relationship, when no contractual agreement is entered into or when the pre-contractual measures are carried out for a period of 6 months after the collection of the data, unless other subsequent retention obligations are required by law.

There is no intention to transfer your data to a third country or an international organisation (Art. 13. Par. 1 lit. f DSGVO). If such data is disclosed to third parties in a third country, appropriate (contract processor) agreements will be made with them, unless there is an appropriate adequacy decision for the third country or other appropriate guarantees or express consent from you in the absence of such an adequacy decision or other appropriate guarantees (Art. 49 DSGVO).

- Decisions which are not based exclusively on automated processing - including Profling - according to Art 22 DSGVO
You have the right to revoke your consent to data processing at any time (Art 13 para 2 lit c DSGVO), whereby data processing has in any case been carried out legally until your revocation on the basis of your prior consent. Notwithstanding your revocation, however, data processing may continue to be permissible on other grounds of legality.
